Before departure, he even created a WhatsApp group including the tour managers and coordinators at each location in Andaman, which made communication smooth and reassuring throughout the journey.
The trip went as per the planned itinerary, and the stays and facilities were delivered as committed. All the drivers were friendly and responsible, and the team remained responsive whenever we had queries.
There were two minor areas where clearer prior communication would have helped — the Port Blair hotel was changed due to renovation, and the disposable cab system (which is common in Andaman) was not explained in advance. However, whenever we raised concerns, Mr. Lohith and his team promptly addressed and resolved them.
