Your Holiday Contract
Upon booking, the ‘lead name’ guarantees authority to accept these terms on behalf of the party. A binding agreement is formed when we issue a confirmation invoice. Please check all details upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of discrepancies.
Passports, Visas, Health Requirements, and Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. While we can assist in the application process, we are not responsible for issues such as delays or rejections by embassies
Adequate travel insurance is essential. Ensure that the coverage purchased is suitable for your needs. Traveling without adequate insurance means we will not be liable for any losses that would have been covered

Insurance
Paying for Your Holiday
To confirm your chosen arrangements, you may either pay a partial amount or in full. If choosing partial payment, the remainder is due within 3 days. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation and applicable charges. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, internet banking, and bank transfers
Convenience Fees
Convenience fees apply for all payments made after the booking date, except for bank transfers. We reserve the right to withdraw waivers for convenience fees on payments made on the booking day.
Your Holiday Price
We strive to display accurate and current prices. However, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
If You Change Your Booking
After receiving our confirmation invoice, if you wish to change your travel arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate, but changes may not always be possible and could incur additional costs.
If You Cancel Your Holiday
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time by providing written notification. Cancellation charges will apply based on the timing of your cancellation relative to your departure date.
If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
Occasionally, we may need to make changes or correct errors in holiday details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. If a major change or cancellation is necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
Mode and Duration of Refund(s)
Refunds are typically processed within 3-4 working days but may take up to 21 working days to reflect in your account. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. In cases where this is not possible, refunds may be issued to your bank account after verification.
Flights
Flight details, including carriers, timings, and aircraft types, are subject to change. Final details will be provided in your tickets, which should be checked immediately upon receipt.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or services. Our liability will always be limited to the total amount of the transaction in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the website, breach of these Terms, or violation of the rights of a third party.
